registration. In addition, information is collected in certain portions of the
website in which users specifically and knowingly participate in
submissions, quizzes, or voting. MCSHC may use such information for its internal

otherwise disclosed during collection, MCSHC does not provide any personally
identifying information, regardless of its source, to any third party for any
purpose whatsoever.

In no manner should participants in 4-H post, transmit or otherwise distribute
information constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal
offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise use 4-H in a manner which
is contrary to law or would serve to restrict or inhibit any other user from
using or enjoying the website.
Under no circumstances, including but not limited to negligence, will 4-H or the MCSHC be liable for special or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the materials in this site. In no event shall 4-H or The MCSHC be liability to a user for any loss, damage or claim exceed the amount paid by the user for accessing this site.
This agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by discontinuing your use of The MCSHC site and destroying all materials obtained from it.
